Indigo Yoga classes are fun and inclusive for everyone whatever their fitness level. Whether you are flexible and active or have creaks and aches, you can choose from either personalised one to one yoga sessions or friendly group classes.

Gentle Yoga

If you’ve taken a break from yoga, haven’t tried yoga before or just want a gentle class, this is for you. You can expect:

  • gentle breathwork to let go of the day and warm-up ready for movement

  • lovingly offered gentle flow with plenty of modifications, props and advice to suit you body

  • beautiful relaxation and meditation to settle the mind

No need for special clothes, something lose with a bit of stretch will do. Mats provided or bring your own.
